Relaxation during pregnancy has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote emotional well-being — all of which contribute to a more positive birthing experience. By regularly practising relaxation techniques, you can help train your body and mind to remain calm and focused during labour, easing physical tension and supporting a smoother, more confident birth. These relaxation classes can be done face to face in a group setting on selected dates or 1:1 via zoom.
